After an early market entry, the Garbe Group rapidly established itself as a leading provider of logistics funds to investors and partners.

Take advantage of opportunities with large-volume logistic real estate in Germany and Austria: in order to allow institutional investors to profit from the growing demand for larger logistics properties, the ERGO Trust Logistic Funds No. 1 was launched in 2004 together with UBS.

Two funds under Luxembourg laws continue the success story of the Garbe logistic funds: The Garbe Logistic European Development Fund and the Garbe Logistics European Investment Fund were both launched in 2007.

Diverse insurance companies, retirement benefits institutions and German foundations have belonged to the subscribers of the Garbe logistic funds for years – among them numerous reinvestors.
