GARBE Logistik-Park Westfalenhütte will be built smack in the middle of the metropolis of Ruhr (NRW) with ultra-modern fittings and optimally networked.

The logistics park is setting a benchmark by offering 24/7 operations; the best prerequisites for efficient logistics. On a 450,000 m² plot size, formerly part of Westfalenhütte, GARBE Logistic AG is developing a state-of-the-art logistics park. By 2014, a total of eight single-storey warehouses, each up to 45,000 m², will be built on this giant location in four phases for the storage, distribution and handling of goods.

Great transportation networks: land, rail and sea guarantee excellent connections within North Rhine Westphalia and beyond. Dortmund is the most important transportation hub in the eastern Ruhr area with solely over six motorways and four highways connecting it to the German interstates.
