Hamburg/London, 10 December 2025 – GARBE has appointed Paul Gibson as its new Head of International Capital Markets, based in London. The role is part of the company’s Capital & Strategy Unit, which drives GARBE’s international investor engagement and strategic growth initiatives.
In this new position, Paul will be responsible for shaping and executing GARBE’s international capital market activities. His remit includes expanding GARBE’s global investor base, strengthening strategic client relationships, driving product innovation and supporting the company’s capital raising activities across Europe and beyond. He joins GARBE from CBRE Investment Management, where he served as Chief Investment Officer for EMEA Direct Real Estate Strategies, leading investment strategy, portfolio management and performance oversight across the region.
He will serve as a Managing Director alongside Andreas Höfner, who leads the strategy side of the Unit, creating a strong leadership team combining capital markets expertise and strategic development capabilities.
