Our strategy of “sheds, beds & infrastructure” is based on strengths and skills that GARBE developed over the past few decades. With this in mind, we gathered our business activities into three top-level business units—GARBE Industrial, GARBE Reside and GARBE Infrastructure—in order to pool our resources and to exploit synergies within these business areas. At the same time, we are very close to the market because of the decentralised positioning of our operational units while retaining the necessary flexibility as a largely autonomous enterprise. This allows us to engage in active value creation in all of our operational units as we generate sustainable value for our clients.
